Service Description
If you're planning a party, company get-together, open-house, gallery exhibition, or any business or private event. Take the extra step and have it documented the right way! Use these photos for either marketing, commercial, social media, or personal use. Event host will coordinate with the photographer to define the scope of their expectations. During the event the camera will make its way throughout the venue to document both the activity and individual/group participants.
Cancellation Policy
For local photoshoots (within Orange County, CA): To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will prohibit the return of your deposit. For travel photoshoots (outside of Orange County, CA): To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do will prohibit the return of your deposit. For National or International Photoshoots: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 48 hours of booking our services. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being held and all travel expenses requiring reimbursement. 48 hours after booking is non-cancellable and scheduling-changes are prohibited. In the event you cancel 48 hours after the deadline, you will need to pay half-rate, deposit will be held, and travel expenses will need to be reimbursed.
